I'm excited to announce that we are upgrading our online booking system. We will be moving from Noterro (what you see when you click "Book Appointment"), to Jane. This is going to happen over the Canada Day weekend, with it going live on (or before) July 1.
While it moves, online booking will be down for a couple days. An email will be sent out when this happens, along with a reminder for the things listed below.
Invoices will not transfer over
Any invoices you require down the road for income tax, or to submit to your insurance provider need to be downloaded by July 1. This can be done easily by logging in, as if you are going to book an appointment, and then select "Billing". This won't show up as an option until you are logged in. From here, you can select an invoice, and click on "Download".
Once the move is complete, I will NOT have access to this information to retrieve it at a later time.
If you've added the Still Waters App to your phone, that will no longer work once the move is complete as well.
Now, the good stuff!
Jane makes it easier to manage appointments for family members. You can actually create family accounts yourself, and link them to your own. No more switching between profiles!
Jane has an app, which allows you to merge all the clinics you use into one spot. This way, you can see all your upcoming appointments together. You can also jump between your saved clinics and book appointments from the same spot.
I can't wait to see how everyone feels about the new system once it's live!
